Non-Solicitation of Employees.

This agreement shall be enforceable and construed under the laws of the State of Oregon, and any law suit or other legal proceedings shall be sought EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION in the Circuit Courts for the State of Oregon in Multnomah County, AND THE PARTIES EXPRESSLY WAIVE THEIR RIGHTS TO RESOLVE ANY CONFLICTS HEREIN THROUGH JURY OR JUDGE TRIAL AND ELECT BINDING ARBITRATION IN LIUE THEREOF. In addition to any other remedies at law or in equity each party may have, each party shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in connection with a breach of the provisions of this Agreement.
